Uploading certificates and licenses

The "Certificates and Licenses" section lets you upload supporting documents that demonstrate your company’s reliability and professionalism — from official permits to patents and awards.
These materials will appear in your public profile and increase trust from buyers and partners.
In your dashboard, go to "My Company" → "Certificates / Licenses". The section includes several categories:

  • Certificates and licenses — ISO, HACCP, licenses, and other authorizing documents
  • Honorary and award certificates — diplomas, letters of appreciation, industry awards
  • Patents — certificates for unique technologies and inventions
  • Trademarks — proof of brand or logo registration
  • Other documents — anything that confirms your business reputation but does not fall into the categories above

How to upload a document:

  1. Go to the desired category.
  2. Click the upload button or icon.
  3. Select a file on your computer (allowed formats: JPG, PNG, up to 10 MB).
  4. Wait for the upload — the document will appear as a preview right in the interface.

Upload only high-quality images of readable originals. Do not use third-party images or scans with watermarks.

How to delete a document:

  • Hover over the uploaded document — a cross icon (✕) will appear in the top-right corner.
  • Click it.
  • Confirm deletion in the pop-up window.

This is useful if you want to replace an outdated file with a current one.
Certificates and licenses uploaded in this section form an important part of your company’s image and influence buyer decisions. The more verified documents, the higher the trust in your profile.
