My products and services
The "My products and services" section lets you list the products, services, or works you offer to other participants on the Bizkim platform.
How to open the add form
You can start adding a listing in two ways:
- Click «Add product / service» on the «My products and services» page
- Or choose «Add product / service» in the «Want to Sell» menu
Before that, make sure your company profile is complete.
Otherwise, a warning will appear: «Before adding products to the site, please complete all required items of the Company Profile.»
Note: the composition of the add form depends on the selected category.
For example, industrial equipment will show fields for technical specifications,
while services will show delivery format, duration, etc.
The «Detailed information» block adapts automatically.
If the system does not offer special fields, you can add them manually below.
Step 1. Selecting a category
Before filling out the listing, you need to choose a category for the offer:
Three methods are available:
- Keyword search. Start typing, for example: milk, automation, repair. The system will suggest suitable categories — select one from the list and proceed to filling out the product listing.
- Manual selection. Expand the tree manually: first the main category (e.g., Equipment), then the subcategory and the final level. After selecting, the «Next» button becomes active.
- Previously used categories. Quick selection from the categories you have already posted to.
Review the Guide to prohibited items (link in the top-right corner of the screen).
Step 2. Filling out the listing
After selecting a category, the add form will open — it consists of several blocks.
General information
- Name — short and precise
- Description — describe the product/service, features, benefits, and terms
- Photos — upload images (JPG/PNG, up to 10 MB)

- Country of origin — select the country of manufacture
- Product grouping — if you have several similar offers (models, packaging sizes, regions), you can:
choose one of the previously created groups (from the dropdown list)
or enter the name of a new group manually.
Grouping lets you conveniently combine listings and manage them. It is not visible to buyers, but it simplifies navigation within your catalog.
Example: you can create a group «Retail equipment» and add «Display cases 1.2 m», «Display cases 1.5 m», «Checkout counters» to it.
- Keywords — phrases by which your offer can be found (e.g., tea, hand tools, freight transportation)
- Brand — manufacturer or trademark name
- Model — exact model designation (if available)

Detailed information (dynamic block)
This block depends on the selected category and may include:
- technical parameters (e.g., power, dimensions, volume)
- material or composition
- application area
- other important characteristics

If the block is missing, proceed to the next one.
Additional information
If you need to specify other parameters, use this block:
- Specify the attribute name — for example: Composition, Packaging method, Storage conditions
- Specify the value — for example: 100% cotton, 25 kg bag
You can add multiple attributes, change their order, or delete them.
Commercial information
- Price type:
Fixed — enter the exact price per unit
Range — specify the minimum and maximum price
Negotiable — if you want to receive offers from buyers
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ) — if applicable
- Unit of measure — pcs, kg, m³, service, etc.

Logistics
- HS code — if necessary, you can use search
- Delivery methods — choose one or more:
courier / express
road transport
rail
air
sea
pickup

Finalizing
After completing all the data, click «Submit for review».
The listing will be reviewed by a Bizkim moderator and will become available to other platform participants.

Managing listings
All added products and services are displayed in the «My products and services» section. Here you can:
- Edit the listing — make changes
- Delete — remove the listing completely
- Hide / Show — temporarily disable or enable the offer display
The completeness of the description, high-quality photos, and relevant keywords significantly increase your chances of receiving requests from buyers.
